INFORMATION TO KNOW ABOUT UNIT #82

• We advise bringing extra blankets.
• All fireplaces are controlled by the thermostat.
Please do not tamper with the fireplace.
• Please report any damages to any part of the unit or furniture.
• Do not use linens or towels to clean up spills.
• NO SMOKING
• NO PETS
• Parking rules are strictly enforced.
Parking permits for second cars are issued on a first-come, first-served basis
and are issued upon availability. No third vehicles are allowed on property.
Third vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
BE BEAR AWARE
Mammoth is full of wildlife.
Take all food and anything with a scent out of your vehicle,
roll up your windows and lock your vehicle.
Deposit trash in provided bear-proof receptacles.
This will help keep wildlife away.
Thank you for your cooperation.
There is a 10pm noise ordinance.
We ask that you are courteous to others in the building.
If there is excessive noise after 10 pm
please call the police department at 760-934-2100
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
Heaters: Please turn off all heaters and set fireplace thermostat to 55°
Windows: Close all windows and curtains
Kitchen: Please load the dishwasher and start the cycle
Trash: Please remove all trash and deposit into garbage receptacles in garage
Make sure all lights are off and door is locked
If you have an emergency, dial 911
For after hours emergencies,
please use the phone located outside the office front door
Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of MSRC
For assistance, please do not hesitate to call the office or stop by during office hours
